  I liked everything - starting with the fabulous location - literally next door with the Balcic castle (and our suit actually looked into the castle's gardens), going on to the sea that was just below the balcony, the huge room and equally huge bathroom, the luxurious suit... Simply fantastic. - Excellent rooms, VERY comfy beds and pillows. Right on the promenade and the boardwalk. Spa treatments were amazing!

Relaxing and peaceful atmosphere all around. - Excellent spa facilities and free access to jacuzzi, steam room, turkish sauna, finnish sauna, ice shock and cold water bucket. - Indoor and outdoor pools - Although the sea is quite remote, the hotel has a private beach area (... ce que les gens disent » with a nice bar and friendly staff). Sunbeds require reservation one day before. - Golfers' paradise: excellent golf facilities) - Feels safe everywhe - The staff is very proffesional, nice and helpful. My sister (55 y.0.) stayed for 4 days here, asked a lot of help for diverse personal difficulties and said everybody was incredible nice and helpful. Nice indoor pool, prefect private beach and nice spa too :) I would recommend it for all people for relaxation, and especially to those not very used with international travel as the staff is very supportive.
