The friendliness and efficiency of the Staff, and the location of the hotel.
I have nothing to complain. All is well.
Central location in the Jardins neighborhood. 2 blocks to airport shuttle bus.
The location next to shopping area and restaurants. Breakfast is really good even if not included in our booking.
The staff were superb, the room and location brilliant, again the staff were the best part!
The internet connection was a bit hit and miss unfortunately.

Rooms were not clean enough. Staff members were barely polite, and getting a taxi took ages ! Gym parlor very poor (only 3 machines)

need more clean for common areas,should check the price of the hotel's services one more time which seems little bit expensive such as ironing of 2 shirts for 45 Reals which is crazy..
