There was no hot water The toilet didn't flush well after multiple attempts to repair it People were checked into the same room even when they had booked separate rooms. Internet wasn't included in the price Breakfast wasn't included in the price I ordered a soup and asked specifically for Pepper and Salt and didn't get any I can go on!
