the staff is super efficient and friendly. morning breakfast at the sky bar has the best team of waitressing i have ever seen. bed, sheets and pillows are great. bathroom always very clean.
the room are very small. there should be a room in between the suites and the "basic" ones. the gym is becoming a bit used by.

We enjoyed our stay at Unique so much that words cannot describe how beautiful it was and how much fun we had. Start to finish, this hotel strives for excellence. It is truly a sensory experience and engages every one of our senses. But probably the most essential component was the helpful, kind and thoughtful staff. We had a remarkable experience in a remarkable hotel. I will not stay at any other hotel whenever I return to São Paulo in the future.
You need more trash receptacles in the rooms and more hooks and shelves in the bathrooms to place personal items and small toiletry bags.
