  Excellent location - right across from beach (hotel had its own tent for guests) and flea market; good service in restaurant/room service; free internet - Very well located towards Ipanema end of Copacabana. View from front rooms is the classic postcard shot of Copa beach. This comes at a cost though as traffic noise from Av Atlantica is load and c... ce que les gens disent » onstant.   Its location is very good for the best beach and safety in Rio area. The staff is so nice that you don't have to worry about anything though they cannot speak good English. My special thanks give to the staff who found and returned the scarf my wife forgot in the restaurant.   Our stay at the Ipanema Plaza was excellent. When we arrived tired (without luggage, lost by the airline) we were offered a room already at 0600 although we hadn't expected to check-in until 1400. Staff at reception was efficient and spoke good english, cleaning was very good and the breakfast was delicious. Our room on the Ipanema Floor was really lovely, nice modern furnishing and fantastic view of the beach. The hotel restaurant is really good and the breakfast was also excellent.

  Nous avions la suite duplex, certainement la meilleure chambre au dernier étage avec balcon et vu sur la mer. Belle chambre, 2 salles de bain, on avait le droit a un petit chocolat tous les soirs sur notre lit. Petit déjeuner excellent, un choix incroyable et surtout les fruits délicieux. Le petit +: le personnel nous prépare une omelette à la dem... ce que les gens disent » ande. Serviette pour la plage et parasol gratuit! Ordinateur disponible à l'accueil et wifi gratuit dans les chambres un vrai plus. Personnel sympathi - un très bon compromis plage , shopping resto. Hotel au personnel très abréable a 50m de la plage et 100m des boutiques et restaurants d ípanema. Fin juin toutes les chambres seront rénovés (j´ ai séjourné dans une chambre non rénové) tout a fait correct. Un conseil quand même demandez une chambre en hauteur afin de diminuer le bruit de la ville (nous etions au 9em)

  From the second we walked through the door our experience was amazing. The staff were so helpful and checked us in early, we had purchased a room with executive level access (well worth it as there is an open bar and lots of snacks/food available during the day free of charge!) and were upgraded to a suite with spectacular views of Copacabana Beac... ce que les gens disent » h. Great location, excellent facilities including lounge chairs on the beach. All inclusive mini bar, late check out. We only stayed one night at the - Friendly and helpful staff. We had mentioned on the 'special request' of the booking form that the reason of the trip was for a special birthday. In our room we found a birthday cake and a bottle of champagne courtesy of the hotel which was a very nice gesture. Spacious reception area fantastic sea view if you get any of the front rooms perfect location very good housekeeping service
