  The location is just perfect. It is right in the center of the old city center (upper city). A perfect location to explore Salvador. The area the hotel is in is newly renovated and is safe to walk around freely during days and nights. Staff speaks really good English and are extremely helpful. We went for a professional capoeira show in the evening just about 5 minutes from the hotel – supposingly one of the best in Brazil. - The hotel is charming. The staff are among the nicest, most helpful and accommodating I've found in all my travelling. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, the bed could have slept 4 people! The location of the hotel was great for tourists, shopping (although touristy shopping mostly) and taxis were abundant and within a 1 minute walk. Good restaurants were plentiful within walking distance as well.

  We heard it's the best hotel in Morro and it's probably true. Everything was great. The position is just perfect, close to the 'segunda praia' (you can walk there along the beach or take the free hourly jeep from the pousada) but laying in between the quiet and stunning 3rd and 4th beaches. Breakfast is good, typical brazilian colorful breakfast with fresh foo - Very friendly staff, welcoming, they organised pedicure and manicure for us and massages ad hoc, great rooms, we loved the balcony with the hammocks. Great breakfast. Good shuttle service to town, but it is also easy to walk to the little town if you use the beachfront. Great to relax and quiet. If you like noice and party stay at the center, if you like it quiet but close to the beach the place is perfect!

  The hotel is about 100 m from the main street of the city and from there another 100 m to the main beach and the turtle park. It also offered free parking to us. The hotel is in a very safe area (generally Praia do Forte is safe) and someone can walk freely at any day or night time. Everything is clean, quiet and professionally organized – best we have seen in Br - It was an excellent pousada, fantastic room with main bedroom and attached second bedroom for a family with three small children, beautiful food and a great pool. Close to the beach (not right on it, but a walk away with toddlers) and close to the turtle sanctuary which was a big hit with the children.   Everything about this place was amazing. Beautiful rooms, decor, food was incredible, ocean was in a perfect temperature and clean, staff was helpful and always happy to assist. Perfect 3 days in Bahia! - Courteous and friendly staff that are willing to help. Well organized and delay-free check-in/out. Beautiful hotel layout and structure.

  Just at the end of 2.beach. Great location, rooms are classy and schick and in total the hotel area is so warm and peacefull. Nice breakfast, cool atmosphere. Great pool as it is seen on pictures.
