  The staff were very helpful with our questions. If one was not strong in speaking English, he or she would find someone who could help. The staff we saw in any of the areas were always efficient. There was a good choice of breakfast items. We enjoyed the restaurant evening Buffet one night and enjoyed that too.   Very good location, a bit remote but easy to reach by bus. It's amazing to wake up surrounded by a lush tropical garden. The owner will provide you with all the info you need to enjoy your stay in Leticia. Have fun ! - The place was amazing. It sits about 11 km outside of Leticia so you get a real feel of the Amazon.

  Staff frinedly and helpful: I arrived at 6am and they let me take my room inmediatly and even have breakfast. They also help you with tours and boat tickets as they have a tourism agency in the hotel. The breakfast was plentiful, only there should be more juice choices (always pineapple). He was very friendly and showed us next day the lokal fish, food and banana market and the rest of the city. The hotel is a lovely Colonial building and only a few meters away from the Theatro Amazon and the city centre. It was served - Super friendly owner that made me feel at home. Spent time out of his day to take me to the local market and helped me bargain for prices.
