  Staff frinedly and helpful: I arrived at 6am and they let me take my room inmediatly and even have breakfast. They also help you with tours and boat tickets as they have a tourism agency in the hotel. The breakfast was plentiful, only there should be more juice choices (always pineapple).   The son of the owner, Neto, speacks english very well and picked us up late night at the airport. He was very friendly and showed us next day the lokal fish, food and banana market and the rest of the city. The hotel is a lovely Colonial building and only a few meters away from the Theatro Amazon and the city centre. It was served - Super friendly owner that made me feel at home. Spent time out of his day to take me to the local market and helped me bargain for prices. Included breakfast was delicious and the house cleaning was very nice.
