  It's basically a nice hotel with nice staff, clean rooms, finebreakfast, etc.Also, the 13 minutes walk up to Avenida Paulista seemssafe till late at night, as it is packed with bars and (cheaper)restaurants. At arriving at the hotel you are asked by an unfriendly porter to pay in advance for the whole stay. The room does not offer much confort - you find not a proper place to put your laptop, you find nothing to drink in the fridge apart from water and coca cola, etc. etc.

My favorite place to stay in Sao Paulo - Hotel has very nice location, many good restaurants are located in few steps! It also has amazing view from windows to the skyscrapers!   I really enjoyed the service provided by the following staff: Paulo Rogerio from the night shift kitchen staff, Etevaldo from the day shift and the night manager Fabio. They saved the hotels reputation as I found the other staff quite average. - nice buffet breakfast fridge and microwave close to diners 3 blocks from metro
