  It's basically a nice hotel with nice staff, clean rooms, finebreakfast, etc.Also, the 13 minutes walk up to Avenida Paulista seemssafe till late at night, as it is packed with bars and (cheaper)restaurants. The room does not offer much confort - you find not a proper place to put your laptop, you find nothing to drink in the fridge apart from water and coca cola, etc. etc.

  Very Friendly staff. Some spoke english and even the ones that didn't also were helpful. Room has decent space. Clean, and the house keepers were trained and knew what they were doing. - Minimalistic yet suprisingly comfortable. Both bed and shower were awesome.
