  This was the best Novotel I have stayed in. As an A Club Favourite Guest I have stayed in many of your hotels but the staff here where so helpful and friendly they made our stay so pleasurable. All staff from the bell boys to the management were excellent. They are a credit to your hotel group. - The staff were excellent.   Convenient location, close to República metro station and airport shuttle bus terminus. Clean, comfortable room. Good breakfast, including "hot" water that really was hot enough to make tea. - Good Value for my money.
