The location is great. Safe and pleasant neighborhood just a couple of blocks from Paulista. The staff was so accommodating. Especially the housekeeping staff who must know the rooms will never be really clean!! Maintenance was also extremely helpful with a less than efficient toilet. Everything was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was nice, gym was excellent. Top notch hotel in a nice area. Food was great in the restaurant, room service and rooftop bar. Could not have been better. -

Location is fantastic! Great shopping and restaurants nearby. Taxi cabs
have a stand on the corner, so it is really convenient. Room was like an
apartment. Small living space with a couch and a tv. There was a sink as
