  Cleaners never minded cleaning your room very late in the day; and the reception staff were helpful from start to finish. Nice rooms, no complaints at all really. - Location in Ipanema close to the beach, the shopping and the lagoa was perfect! Small room but perfect for one solo traveller.

  The hotel is beautiful - the rooms are very very nice - very attractively furnished with old furniture and lots of artwork everywhere. The staff are the best I have ever encountered - spoke good English and were incredibly helpful, efficient and friendly. The breakfasts are served in the room at the time you ask.
