  I found the staff to be approachable and helpful. The ocean view room was terrific - great view of Copacabana Beach. Plus, we allowed a late check out because our flight home left in the evening. In all, the experience was excellent. - Excellent service!!Loved the hotel. The breakfast it´s amazing!!
