At arriving at the hotel you are asked by an unfriendly porter to pay in advance for the whole stay. The room does not offer much confort - you find not a proper place to put your laptop, you find nothing to drink in the fridge apart from water and coca cola, etc. etc.

The apartment was very large and comfortable. It also had a nice kitchen to use. The location is in the heart of Jardins, which makes shopping easy. Plus, all the restaurants are within walking distance or at most a 5 minute cab ride away. They also have self-service laundry facilities available to use. The staff is friendly and accomodating. -

The best location ever to be in Sao Paulo: a few steps walking from Paulista avenue, Mall Patio Paulista and subway stations. EXCELLENT. Services and accommodations are great. -

The choices of food were excellent at the buffet restaurant. The
attention offered to the guests of the hotel with respect to safety was
superb. All the staff spoke enough English to conduct business. -
