  Dont let the reviews fool you, this is actually one of the better hotels in Copacabana for the price! We stayed in several 4 star (expensive) hotels that were not any better!!! - I was on the suite azul was so nice the room was big enought and the privat piscine was just perfect with the weather of rio ! Ill get back for my next trip ;)

  Professionalism of staff-English speaking staff at front desk 24 hours daily during our stay-Dec.18-21,2013. The room staff were very efficient and the restaurant was great with both breakfasts, and al a carte meals for dinner. The location, one street back from the beach at Copacobana was excellent.

  The staff at Augusto's were phenomenal. Fantastic customer service. The staff are what made this hotel worth the money. In particular Yuri and LIsa. They were so helpful with recommendations, calling restaurants and communicating for us. Just fantastic hotel staff. - good location, clean, tidy and comfortable for the price, helpful staff

  The welcome at the front desk and the contact with all of the staff was excellent. Extremely helpful and provided suggestions as to the museums we should visit.   Excellent value; the presidential suite was really nice. I loved the stylish, fairly modern but comfortable style of decoration. The bathroom with jacuzzi/sauna was top-notch and the bedroom was perfect.
