I had a lovely and comfortable time staying at the Resience. The staff were very pleasant and went out of their way to make my stay more comfortable. The bed was comfortable, the room was nice and there was a super roof-top garden that I could access. Good value for money as you get a free breakfast - this isn't the case with most other residences/hotels in the area. -
Mmes Celimene and Fatima were so welcoming, and couldn't have been
kinder or more helpful . My apartment was lovely - and when I had to
skip a couple of Fatima's delicious breakfasts (because of work
demands), they dropped by fruit, yogurts, and cereal bars! The building
is a delight - and atmosphere, old worldly and comfortable. A very
enjoyable and relaxing stay.

The location of the apartment was great. Linda was really helpful. The apartment was lovely. The owner was really flexible and helpful. An absolutely delight to stay here. Beautiful modern updated apartment conveniently located within a 15-minute walk to Grand Place. Clean comfortable and wonderful. CJ emailed me to arrange check in since this is a private residence without a check in desk. I stayed with my two grown children so we had plenty of space. Would love to stay here again or even move in!

Very good location off the Grand Sablon. Only 5 rooms.Rooms are a decent size, modern, clean and comfortable. Not for kids (quiet/stairs) or elderly (stairs), but thoroughly recommend for others and we would certainly stay there again. Good Internet. -

Excellent! This is a large, very comfortable apartment. It is well furnished, with attractive artwork. It is perfectly located in the Grande Sablon area, with very good dining and bars nearby. Buses to train stations, etc are within 100m. The walk to the Grande Place is about 15 minutes. We would stay here again. -
