  Newly reburbished, very clean, quiet, comfortable and warm. Buffet/continental breakfrast was perfectly adequate. I stayed at the old IZA many many times and this new location, with bang up to date facilities, is very welcome. The location is okay if you're savvy with Antwerp, whether travelling by your car or using the local tram/bus service to/f... ce que les gens disent » rom the City Centre. Car parking is freely available and there is a nearby entertainment complex that is useful for evening entertainment as an altern - Great location, right in front of Kinepolis, one Europe's biggest cinema's and lots of restaurants and nice places to go out( like Salsa Cafe ). Only 2 tram stops from the "Sportpaleis" Events hall and just 10 - 15 minutes away from the city center by bus, tram and train( train station Antwerpen Luchtbal only 5 minute walk ). Very clean rooms, very friendly staff, very satisfying breakfast a very reasonable price. Definately a great value for little money !

  Simply perfect location. +/-10 minutes walk from the main shopping street and even closer to MAS and the haven. The hotel itself was just great, the furniture in the rooms, (especially that u can change the lights to every colour you want) was amazing. And breakfast in the room, a really good breakfast made our stay even better. The hosts and owners at the same time where friendly and welcoming! The bath in the bathroom and breakfast in the room ( also the food itself) where perfect!   This place is outstanding. It is not a B&B, it is a luxury hotel at an incredible price. We booked a room with the bath. It was jaw dropping amazing. Elke is the perfect host, who has taken great pride in creating this establishment, and it really shows.
