The location, the bathroom's water spray, the space of the apartment.
First they denied that we have a booking until we showed them the email, so if our iphone battery were dead we would be living in the street :) it was not professional at all
Second the towels had yellow and light brown stains it was very disgusting.
Then the water stopped for a whole morning, it was very very disturbing. tous commentaires »
