  It was a uniq experince, the designe of the hotel reflects the life in Austria countryside and it is comfortable and nice to stay (the room we reserved is junior suite with 2 balcony it was big advantage for nice and fresh air. Zell am See - Kaprun Summer Card with a lot of discounts and free attractions was included for free. Very nice and cozy wellness and pool with counter.Thanks to the excellent accommodation, we increased the enjoyment of the holiday. We would be back soon.

  Our trip had us staying here for 4 nights, 2 and then another 2 about 10 days later. We got to stay in two very different rooms, which I will describe in a minute. The hotel location is superb, if you have a car, since it is too high up to walk and taxis are rather expensive (10 or 20 euros from town, depending upon the whim of the driver.) Breakfasts were above average, but hardly any fruit - A perfect hideaway! The room was very spacious and comfortable, with a stunning view over the valley, lake and mountain peaks. The owners of the family hotel are farmers who have lived on this piece of land for several hundred years. The family runs the place on their own, there are no hired staff. The locally produced food is perfectly natural.

  We liked the apartment as it is very spacious and was renovated recently. We had access to the garden and one can make bbq outside. The owner, Roswita, and her family are very friendly and helpful. We were given the Zell am See card. Bathroom was also large and spotless. Staff is very polite and helpful. The hotel is centrally located, 10min walk from railway station, 5 minutes walk from buses going to Kaprun and Kitzsteinhorn cable car or locally to Schmittenbahn, 5 min walk to the lake promenade and boats, restaurants and shops nearby. The restaurant has good and affordable food for an evening meal. Internet wireless worked very well.

  This is a wonderful appartment. The owner was very nice and helpful. well equipped kitchen. Beautifull view from the balcony. Wifi is super fast and I highly recommend this appartment - Very organised and she put every thing in place and all you need. Even if you wish to cook every thing is there.
