The apartment had two separate rooms which was great for traveling with kids, the location was perfect for Zell Am See in summer (close to the beach and the pool), breakfast was plentiful and yummy, the hotel was comfortable and clean and the staff was really lovely! We would absolutely stay here again.

Nice spacious twin room with balcony overlooking the mountains, very clean. Bathroom was also large and spotless. Staff is very polite and helpful. The hotel is centrally located, 10min walk from railway station, 5 minutes walk from buses going to Kaprun and Kitzsteinhorn cable car or locally to Schmittenbahn, 5 min walk to the lake promenade and boats, restaurants and shops nearby. The restaurant has good and affordable food for an evening meal. Internet wireless worked very well.

Made very welcome by the hosts, excellent room clean and well appointed. Breakfasts were first class and information about the area was readily available much of it given to us when we arrived. Marcos and Gitti really look after you very well. -

accommodation and staff are fantastic and can't do enough for you.

Great property and great welcome, very nice, super clean and very tidy. Definitely going again because it is not close to many ski facilities. 5 km is Zell Am See, beautiful country to spend some relaxing days. We injoied our staying in the hotel. The family members were very lovely & helpfull whene we asked about information. The room size was goog for a couple and well furnished. The location was great near from every thing , the leak, resturante, postplatz and the shoping streats. The breakfast was also nice .i recomend it very strongly. -

Хорошее расположение, очень удобно добираться до подъемника на автобусе. Большие комнаты. На завтрак очень вкусный паштет ;) Рядом есть продуктовый магазин, который работает до 6 вечера. Но продукты лучше все равно покупать в Спаре в центре ЗелАмЗи, выбор там побольше.
