  Choosed this hotel because of rating, but haven't expected so high level of service from the 3star hotel. Susanne (owner) tries to make the stay at this family run hotel as comfortable as possible. Hotel is not cheap, but it worth it. Hotel is situated in a silent district. Free parking is on the street, but it's safe. It was so nice to have a good kitchen and two bathrooms. The living room was a great size as well, as was the main bedroom. ( we stayed in Citadella twice and will stay next time for sure) Large bathroom with jacuzzi. Fully furnished kitchen. Everything is done for the comfortable staying.

  The hotel is very convenient - near bus stops and 2 train stations. Well- equipped for a family of 4. Supermarket across the street. No elevators but not a problem for us. Clean and enough space for us. To get your keys, just phone Mr. Wagner ahead of time and at the end of the stay, there was no fuss. Spacious, comfortable and clean and directly across from a supermarket. Herr Wagner was a very attentive host.
