The location was excellent. Whilst we did not see a representative during our stay we did receive very good attention prior to our stay via email. If you are looking for an inner city location close to all the attractions in the old part of Vienna we would suggest you take a look at this apartment. There is a very good supermarket just around the corner so if you are ready to do your own catering this is a good spot. We stayed only 3 nights. tous commentaires »
All was great, super market was 2 mins walk, metro 5 min walk. they provide free cleaning for cloth. Debra was the best in terms of welcming and assistance of anything we needed.
Spacious well equipped apartment in a good location for our visit, Les than five minutes from a metro station. Several restaurants in same street so no need to trudge miles.

Slightly chaotic over arrangements for collecting key and internet access. A few emails were required before leaving for Vienna but everything worked fine on arrival.

A bit cold rooms, totally 'blind' windows.
It's an apartment so you must do the cleaning but you don't have the equipment.
If you have a late flight you can't leave your baggages there because there isn't a reception.
My electronic card key failed and there is no front desk after 1800. So I called the emergency number and they came after 30 minutes.
Warning for non-smokers: The windows of the apartment we stayed in (Nr.
201) were right above the exhaust / ventilation of a nearby club.
Especially in the night, they vented air stinking of cigarettes which
leaked into the apartment through the windows making it almost
impossible to sleep. We left a day earlier than planned, without a
refund of course - Vision Apartments staff was not accomodating at all.
-Different from the picture -the view form the windows were on a wall,
we felt like in a prison -the bathroom: was only possible to close it
from the outside (crazy).

Please note that there is no reception desk. You can pick up your key cards from the key box located at the entrance of the building to your apartment. The access code will be sent to you a few days before arrival.
You can also visit the office at Marc-Aurel-Straße 7, 1010 Vienna, between 09:00 and 18:00 for any questions.
In case of any damages or missing items, please inform VISIONAPARTMENTS within 3 days after check-in.
For stays longer than 6 nights, a weekly change of bed linen and towels is included in the price.
Please note that access to the apartment can be requested without prior notice from 09:00 to 19:00 Monday to Friday for weekly cleanings, repairs by the property’s technician, and viewing appointments with potential clients.

Please note that VISIONAPARTMENTS requires a damage deposit. For bookings up to 14 nights, a fixed amount of EUR 300, and for bookings of more than 14 nights, a fixed amount of EUR 500 will be pre-authorized (blocked) on the credit card on the day of booking. It will be refunded after an inspection of the apartment on the day of departure. Depending on your bank, it may take 2 to 4 weeks until this amount is available again on your credit card.
