This apartment is centrally located for anyone visiting Vienna;
convenient to public transportation. The apartment was clean and well
maintained. The owner was most helpful in answering our inquiries (and
his English is very good). There is a market just down the street on the
corner and a bakery near-by also. There is a parking lot at the

Very nice apartments. We enjoyed the positive atmosphere of the place, it was clean and well-furnished, we found all we need. Staff (Andreas) is very welcome and we quickly checked in. This place is good both for short and long trips. The apartment is very close to Karlkirhe, Opera house, Stephanplatz, Nashmarkt with restaurants, and shopping centers, metro station “Karlsplatz” is 2 minutes walk. Definitely we’ll come again! Un rapport qualité-prix excellent à cette époque de l'année. Une chambre lumineuse et suffisamment spacieuse. Un petie déjeuner très copieux. - assez proche du centre historique , à peine 15 minutes du centre et quartier agréable car moins cher que le pur centre!

We really enjoyed our stay and the management was very welcoming and helpful. We found the facilities to be lovely. - A good location, a nice well run family Hotel, with friendly and very helpful staff and it has a lift.

As we went to the Messe in Vienna, the place was perfect for it, we even went to it by feet and it took us about 20 minutes maximum. Also supermarkets to buy some food are in 5 minutes range by feet, same about restaurants, and just 15 minutes from the city centre by feet. It was easy to reach it also from the airport by train. Very nice surprise

Position: perfect. Even if we had a pushchair, we could easily reach two
metro stations belonging to two different lines (Taborstrasse-U2, Nestroyplatz-
U1) in a few minutes. We could also walk to Stephansplatz in less than
half a hour (and it was a very nice walk), and the Prater park is really
very close (less than 15min walking). A supermarket (Billa) is 50 m from
the apartment.

What an amazing place! The apartment truly fulfilled our expectations - it was very clean, stylish and extremely comfortable. The location was peaceful and close to amenities such as supermarkets or metro stations. The layout of the apartment worked for us brilliantly (2 couples and 2 young children) and we all had more than enough space there, including storage. The apartment comes with a large balcony which was great for chilling out in the evenings during hot days. The owner was professional
