Fabulous resort. Fantastic Spa and Staff. Christos at the Spa was a consummate professional and was very knowledgable. Martin in the ski rental area was very helpful and also provided excellent customer service. The reception staff provided the best customer service i have experienced in a long time. I would highly recommend this resort -

... ce que les gens disent » the style of the hotel - modern yet still with a Tyrolean feel. The Spa was beautiful, the setting is lovely and the staff did everything they could to make us happy. Gorgeous large room for a very reasonable price considering the luxury. Ski shop excellent too. Cannot fault the hotel in any way.

I liked very much the spacious room, the excellent facilities, as well as the design of the hotel and its location, close to Kitzbuhel, but still in a quiet and relaxed spot. -

The hotel is superb. Really gorgeous, each part of the hotel is a true
piece of design - with no compromise to comfort, added with an excellent
nouveau cuizine restaurant (one of the best in the region) and exclusive
service provided by extremely helpful and attentive staff. It sounds
like an ad, but it's true: I've been there twice - in January
and March'13. I was so amazed during the first stay that I have
