  The hotel was great both the location and the staff. I have enjoyed staying at this hotel, though most of the time I was away for sightseeing. The staff are very helpful and friendly (you just feel as you are a member of them.   Friendly owners, sauna, swimming pool and bicycles were for free. Very beautiful mountains. - quiet and clean, room was in basement, fine for one night. If you would like to stay for a longer period, ask for a 1st floor or higher. Good bed and nice warm sheets.

Included in the stay was the Zell/Kaprun card, which among other things gave us free access to cable cars, etc. We estimated that we saved €500 during our week in Zell.
