  The staff here are unbeatable. If you speak any German at all, they will gladly speak German with you. If not, I only know that they know English, too.   Few days ago I was travelling from Poland and needed a room for one night only. When I was searching for hotels in/near Villach, this was the cheapest I've found. I don't have any special needs, I just need to have bed and bathroom, but this hotel has surprised me very positively. No regrets, I was very pleased to pay for that level - I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. Check in was hassle free. Female member of staff was so helpful. I don't speak German but we managed to communicate in Italian. Breakfast was sufficient. Room was immaculate. Close to the main shopping areas and nightlife. I will be staying here again on my next trip in a couple of months time.

Its only a 10minute walk there anyway so you won't be far. They have bikes for rent in the front if you plan on going during the summer.   Had a wonderful time at the hotel. The owners went out of their way with their helpfulness. The facilities were sparkling clean. The food was very tasty, imaginative, and prepared with care.
