We stayed here for 6 nights, June 10 through June 15, 2013. The location, a block from the Opera and the Karlsplatz Ubahn station, couldn't be better.

The hotel was extremely conveniently located with the Opera House in the next street across, as was the Metro and trams and the main mall and there is a supermarket across another street. (We took the Metro to the CAT (City Airport Transport) station very easily with suitcases where we checked them in before boarding for the airport.) The staff were very nice and always helpful. The rooms were very clean and had great soundproofing.

The location is excellent; just a few blocks from St. Stephens and the
same from the Danube and Ringstrasse in three directions. The studio was
large and one whole wall has windows that open. A good sized bathroom
and comfortable bed. The room was simply but nicely appointed and the
small galley kitchen was sufficient for our needs. Plus there was
excellent air conditioning which came in handy on the third day when the
temperatures soared to 90 degrees f and the humidity as well. The

Très beau, parfaitement citué dans le centre. La cuisine dans la chambre est très complette. - We enjoyed the location and the facilities in the apartment we had. It was so nice to have a good kitchen and two bathrooms. The living room was a great size as well, as was the main bedroom. The second bedroom was small but it definitely worked for us.

Tout : ambiance chaleureuse, tout le personnel très serviable etefficace, le petit déjeuner, sauna+fitness, et la chambre (déco,confort, propreté) - et situation de l'hôtel (bus, métro, environnement) - Nous avons été reçus comme des VIP malgré la promotion exceptionnelle sur le prix de la suite. 990 € ramenés à 279 € !!

Un rapport qualité-prix excellent à cette époque de l'année. Une chambre lumineuse et suffisamment spacieuse. Un petie déjeuner très copieux. - assez proche du centre historique , à peine 15 minutes du centre et quartier agréable car moins cher que le pur centre!
