La Pension est superbe complètement moderne dans un ancien immeuble qui a beaucoup de charme et les propriétaires sont charmants, tout à fait cet esprit d'hospitalité autrichienne tellement apprécié . The location was not far from the undergroubd train, supermatkets, bakery & restaurants. The cooperation by Mr. Joren from the Luxury Apartment Vienna, who left our key cards in an envelop, and when we reached the building I called him and he gave me the entrance code.

We liked of everything very much. The hotel is located on a nice small street in the center, five minutes to St. Stephane. Design is very lovely and made with attention to details. I enjoyed every minute staying in Chez Cliche! The interior is even more interesting then at the pictures, the design is on all details, the distantion is wonderful! Its in the heart of Vienna, near all tourist places, a lot of bars, caffes and shops are nearby. The apartments had everything I need, I enjoyed Vienna and didn't think of anything else. Thanks very much to the Dasha and Alexander, they were really friendly and helpful !!!

We stayed here for 6 nights, June 10 through June 15, 2013. The location, a block from the Opera and the Karlsplatz Ubahn station, couldn't be better.

The hotel was extremely conveniently located with the Opera House in the next street across, as was the Metro and trams and the main mall and there is a supermarket across another street. (We took the Metro to the CAT (City Airport Transport) station very easily with suitcases where we checked them in before boarding for the airport.) The staff were very nice and always helpful. The rooms were very clean and had great soundproofing.

It was a truly beautiful designer apartment. It far exceeded my expectations - everything detail was perect, from the fresh coffee and leaf tea available to use to the bottle of champagne in the fridge to the toiletries. I wanted to stay longer.
