This has got to be one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in and the price belies the facilities they offer.
Andreas and his wife (and of course the softest "guard" dog you will ever meet, Nellie) are very friendly as are all the staff there, and the hotel is run so efficiently but in a relaxed and friendly way.
Our room was amazing, the shower is fantastic, a huge balcony (which due to the weather we unfortunately could not make use of) and the free coffee and soft drinks is a realy bonus.

I like this family a lot. They are very friendly. I stayed for 2 night but I was hopping to stay more. They also provide Zell am see kaprun card for free, so you can enjoy most of the tourist places without paying (fantastic offer). I enjoy my stay with them. Also, their hotel is near the kaprun kitzsteinhorn a very fantastic tourist place. I strongly recommended this house.:)

The hotel was great both the location and the staff. I have enjoyed staying at this hotel, though most of the time I was away for sightseeing. The staff are very helpful and friendly (you just feel as you are a member of them. The great location also gives a plus to the hotel (as it is very close to Zell am see the town) and you are in the country

Amazing home. And run by a very lovely family that are just a breath of fresh air to meet. Madam Bridget and her man Mr. Patrick are just a joy to meet. We loved the place! It is the first time we have arrived in an apartment, and the place actually looks like the pictures on the web. Amazingly cosy and well equiped. We lived in appartment TopC3. The bedrooms are of a good size, and the living room/dining area is excellent. I can only recommend this place.

Everything is just the same as in photos,
even the smallest details. Good location, nice view, great SPA, fully equiped kitchen. If somebody will not like this self - catering appartment, it won't be the appartment's problem - it will be the problem of travelers.
