The guesthouse is very beautiful and hosts are welcoming. They constantly watch to feel good and they help you with information. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Internet works very well. The guesthouse is located in a quiet area but close to the center of the village where are shops and restaurants. Not so far is a golf course. From here you can make trips on mountain areas which are a lot of beauty. We felt very well and we recommend very warmly the guesthouse to everyone.

Simply furnished but clean a room with a large bathroom. Tasty
breakfast. A balcony with a stunning views. Beautiful place, great
owners with a cute dog. Nothing was a problem. -
Relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Hosts were a perfect mix of friendly

I like this family a lot. They are very friendly. I stayed for 2 night but I was hopping to stay more. They also provide Zell am see kaprun card for free, so you can enjoy most of the tourist places without paying (fantastic offer). I enjoy my stay with them. Also, their hotel is near the kaprun kitzsteinhorn a very fantastic tourist place. I strongly recommended this house.:)

Hotel located conveniantly for both the skibus and local pistes as well as shops and restaurants of Kaprun. Fantastic service, very nice and helpful staff. Worth recommending and definitely will be coming back next year or even in the summer. -
