The staff are helpful. The rooms are good, but it depends which you get. There are a really small rooms but on the other side you can get a big room. In the second floor are more modern rooms. We have tried both of them.

Very warm welcome from everyone (even the cat!), quiet location though within walking minutes of town, walking / hiking trails, in-house spa with large offer, old-fashioned charm that fits in deliciously with the situation of the town and the famous guests in the 19th - 20th century. - a short stay but we loved it!!!

Great staff - Margaret (the owner) is very friendly and the most helpful of the hotel staff we met during our trip. (She even did laundry for us!) Setting is beautiful, in a quiet (in the summer) town surrounded by mountains.

The owner, Doris, was very friendly and went out of her way to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible. My room was spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. Free wi-fi is a bonus. A generous breakfast is served in the beautiful, authentic Austrian breakfast room with views beyond to the snow-capped mountains. I would happily stay here again

Our stay at the hotel was a very nice experience. Beautifully located, managed perfectly with a personal touch. Everything was just marvelous from the room with a view of the mountains, to the hospitality of our host Doris. We would have loved to stay there more for it seems like an ideal place for hiking and winter sports. We loved every moment

We loved the view from our room and balcony! The showers are huge and with heaps of hot water. The hotel restaurant is excellent too. You pay 10 euros for dinner which is: self service soup and salad (delicious soup and wonderful choice of salads), then a choice of two main courses, and finally dessert. We paid 2 euros each for a glass of wine.

The hotel is beautifully perched high on a hill, providing spectacular views. It is well worth the climb to get there. My 2 nieces and I were upgraded to a family room which was larger than my apartment back home! It was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and so fresh. Staff were most friendly and accommodating and I look forward to returning there one day, again, in the future.
