  Spotlessly clean, quiet, comfortable beds, lovely and warm, Nespresso machine with coffee and milk, make up mirror and hairdryer in bathroom, good shower, very helpful owners who allowed early check in and late check out. Only 5 mins walk to the Old Town and very easy to get from/to airport. Altogether excellent value for money. The owner and staff were friendly and helpful - an unexpected flight change was accommodated without charge as was a variation of check-in time. The r - The appartment is very comfortable, well furnished and clean( they do charge €50 cleaning fee).We had number 912, with access to a terrace. The view was towards Alps / river and part of Downtown . Laundromat on premises is a plus. Safe parking underground(€10/day extra). Mr Forisch is very efficient at addressing issues. They did allow one extra child no extra charge.

  The apartment was awesome, very cosy for 3 people. It is very clean and comfortable. I have OCD, this apartment is really neat! Ms Andessner was a very thoughtful host. We arrived late that night and she bought us water, bread and butter etc. Our stay in Salzburg was made even more memorable by the apartment.   We stayed in the two/three bed-roomed apartment. The apartment was well equipped for our needs and very well situated just across the river from the old town. The member of staff that greeted us on our arrival at 10.30 pm was very friendly and accommodating. Was spacious, convenient and overall a great experience; even had a bath and dishwasher! Hotel facilities include a free spa area with steambath / swimming pool / sauna that we liked alot; theres also a washmachine in the basement of apartments building thats free to use - bring your own detergent tho.
