  The owners are very friendly. They did their best to help us when we got some troubles with the car. The location is pretty good if you travel by car. - Staff friendly and helpful - nothing too much trouble! :)

  Great location just out of Salzburg. If you're not traveling by car it could be a bit out of the way. We're in the area quite often so we have no issues with driving into town so it wasn't an issue. Check for public transportation if you're taking the train into town. Friendly staff and great breakfast. Will probably turn this into our "base" ... ce que les gens disent » hotel from now on while staying in Salzburg. - Nice staff and good restaurant

  The hotel is about 10 min by foot from the main train station and the way is simple. Additionally, after reservation you receive from the hotel an instruction how to get to the hotel. We chose a room with a bathroom. Our room was very clean, comfortable, big enough for 2 people. It was on the second floor. So we had a beautiful view of the Kapuzinerberg and the Heuberg. The old town i - The pension was perfectly clean, and approximately 20 meters from it is a bus stop. The busses run about every 20 mins, but it varies. The reception staff is very helpful. Do buy tickets beforehand, to save unnecessary expensive on the bus purchased, tickets. But remember, on Sundays, most shops are closed in Salzburg. The main train station is definitely walking distance. Currently there is construction going on, so to handle luggage down and up stairs can be a challenge.

  The hotel staff was wonderful. They were very friendly, accomodating, and willing to assist with all of our vacation needs.
