This was a bnb I found last minute and I am glad that I did! I went with 3 friends and we arrived past check in time and Jan & Husband waited up to welcome us in. She then gave us a warm welcome when we arrived and every morning(4 night) gave us an itinerary of what to do. She was warm, conversational and helpful and the rooms were clean. There were instructions in the room on how to use the utilities. The bnb was a stone throw away from the beach and the area is peaceful and quiet. Breakfa.
tous commentaires » Loved everything! The little bridge over the fish pond was a lovely family feeling, I was looked after immediately. The decor is modern country and very stylish. My room was large with a huge bathroom and claw foot bath and separate toilet. The bed was so comfortable, can't recommend it enough, very lovely and restful. It lives up to it's name, I definitely felt like a special guest. Very friendly staff. Conveniently located close to beach and restaurants. Stylish, comfortable room with large en-suite and bath. The people were welcoming, helpful and friendly. The accommodation was close to the beach and restaurants. The rooms were immaculate and there was a communal veranda for relaxing on. Our stay was MOST ENJOYABLE and we were sorry to leave. The owners Silvia and Emi are the ultimate hosts and go well beyond the norm to make you feel at home and feel welcomed. The place is gorgeous and the room I stayed in was clean and well appointed. I have NEVER been mad to feel so welcomed. Anchorage was very clean and staff were exceptional, accommodating my need for special meal requirements. It was close to the beaches...within walking distance. I would be more than happy to recommend it to others. The location was great, just a short walk from Rockingham foreshore. The breakfasts are very nice, typical continental buffet style. Sylvia and her partner are so friendly and eager to provide great service. Very pleasant owners who made us very welcome, comfortable en suite room, balcony around outside to sit, homely breakfast room serving a continental breakfast. Walking distance from restaurants on seafront. Emi and Sylvia are great hosts. I really enjoyed their hospitality and also the surrounds. I stayed when the previous owners had it - however, I think these new owners know how to run a friendly BnB. I loved the owners with their warm hospitality. Mattress was amazing! Extremely clean with tea/coffee facilities, bar fridge, foster, internet connection and a shower you could have a party in!. Welcomed warmly by Sylvia and Emilio who provided "extras" to make our stay in the self contained accommodation very enjoyable. Quiet location, walking distance to beach and good restaurants. The location was ideal,just a 5 minute walk from the sea.There is a local bus which stops close by where you are able to catch a bus to the station.Trains to Perth are every 15 minutes. Location was excellent. Everything is within walking distance yet it is in a quiet neighborhood. Owners are very nice and respectful. Very comfortable accommodations in all respects. The presentation of this property is immaculate - truly five star and the staff couldn't be nicer. It is well located for all amenities and great value for money. The old charm and polite service was remarkable. Very clean and tidy with healthy breakfast. Value for money with such service is hard to come by these days. We use the motel to get ready for my wedding, it was easy for people to find, and worked extremely well for what we wanted. No complaints at all. The apartment would benefit from having a washing machine,especially if you are staying for a week or more. The chair in the room. Very uncomfortable. the bed was a little hard for me but it was only a little thing. No dislikes. the lights in the hallway, being on all night, soft floor lights would have been better. Nothing - it was fantastic!. Didn't like Rockingham particularly. nothing. Nothing. We thought the breakfast was a bit sparse, although we knew it was only continental we have had far more choice at other establishments. nothing.
