reception - Dashni is superb meals were very good all staff were very friendly and helpful.

Central position in town. Food very nice

Went to get a coffee in the restaurant just after 10pm and the coffee had been removed. Thought it could have been left a bit longer.

The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the concierge who were outstanding. The business center had 4 computers and a printer which can be used to print tickets. The hotel is caddy corner from a public parking lot that charges $7aud for all day parking. The hotel is a short walk from many restaurants, cafes, and shops (including a Coles). It was a ~10 minute walk to B-shed ferry terminal (Rotness express). We had the room with a spa tub; the bathroom had a tub, a separate shower, toilet behind a door, and was spacious.

Free intenet access was limited to 30mb. It was a small hassel to feed the parking meter (we declined the valet parking and self parked in the public lot).

I arrived at the hotel after a 5 hour flight from Sydney at approx 12 noon and not only was my room ready but they had upgraded my booking to a mini suite!

Pleasant location. Relaxed atmosphere. Lovely lobby. Nice room and bathroom.

Everything! But, if I had to pick one it would be the friendly and helpful staff.

Nothing! But I am a strong believer in the saying 'there is always room for improvement'. So, if anything needs improving I would have to say the gym is a little small and the pool would look better with a swim-up bar! Nonetheless, I would book again in a heartbeat!

You definitely need patience when paying for stay or using the car valet service as this tends to be a bit slow. No menu in room to show what is available at the Harbour Master Restaurant.

Location was excellent, friendly staff, nice facilities to relax with drinks and nibbles and watch the world go by, overall very pleasant. Will visit again.

Rydges Victoria and ACT 2 night weekenders approx $298 with breakfast, Perth $484 & $29.50 for breakfast, a little over the top we think, takes a bit of gloss off the weekend.

Not being prewarned about the parking facilities. We either payed for valet parking or were told try and find parking out on the street somewhere was a huge disappointment. tea and coffee facilities in the room were inadequate and I was shocked at paying $11.00 for a corona with my evening meal

Pool cabana is so cool, but no staff, so we couldn't get a drink. Would have loved to see the BBQ working, a coffee mid morning and a cocktail later.

it was my hubbys 60th birthday so most of our family n friends gathered at the restuarnt for dinner..everything was wonderfull food.staff and surounds :-)

we didnt sty more than one night :-) we will be back :-) oh and bigger spa bath would be nice:-)

The car parking situation rather expensive for valet parking and nothing else that didn't cost money and required walking back to the hotel.

Loved that we were given a room upgrade without even asking for it (felt a bit guilty when our friends who were also staying there on their honeymoon on the nights after their wedding didn't get an upgrade though!). Breakfast buffet was awesome and well worth the price.

I know it was not the esplanades fault but there was a urine type stench around the streets of fremantle on the sunday we went. Maybe it was from Saturdays dockers win and there was a crowd in fremantle a council problem I think.

Service was good, last minute modifications with booking were settled fast.

Signing up to membership to receive promotion of discount and late check out of 1pm. We recieved 2 phone calls in the morning prompting us to check out at 11. When grabbing breakfast we were locked out of our room, as the hotel had checked us out at 11. This was completely rude and its as if the late check meant nothing at all. It was more of a pain. When we have a late check out I would assume we would have until the time specified to leave.

The room we stayed in was lovely, with a balcony overlooking a tropical pool setting. We loved being able to walk everywhere in Fremantle as the hotel was so central. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

loved the two pools, 3 spas , sauna and gym, had choice of numerous dining options all of which were great, rooms were beautiful , clean and lovely views, great location , overall fantastic facilities and best hotel i have ever stayed in - and i've stayed in a lot !!!
