  After some confusion over the booking we were upgraded to a two-room apartment, which was fabulous, and therefore a great bargain. It was spotlessly clean, well equipped, and the buffet-style breakfasts were excellent. The bed and pillows were some of the comfiest I have ever enjoyed! Walk into the middle of town will take about 15 minutes at a good pace, but as we are keen walkers that was no problem for us.   Room was large and modern. Good daily house cleaning. Staff was helpful. It had a basic kitchenette so you can at least reheat leftovers and have cereal. - Good place to stay. Great restaurant. Rooms quite warm but can be cooled by turning down heaters or opening windows. Staff really friendly.

  This is a great place to stay before/after an Antarctica cruise. The host, Eduardo, is fantastic... So friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were very clean, and there was high quality linen on the bed, plus a nice down duvet. The room we were in also had excellent heating. And Eduardo, the host, did everything more pleasant, providing important tips for the choice of tours, restaurants and even wines.
