The location is excellent, right in the heart of town, where the stores and restaurants are located.
Mattias at the front desk speaks very good English and was most helpful.
Breakfast was more than sufficient with yummy Brazilian cheese bread, pao de queijo. -

Breathtaking, fantastic, stunning... I am missing adjectives to qualify this place! A must do if you are planning to go to Bariloche. Everything, from the building itself, to the surroundings, food, personnel and spa was perfect. It was really difficult leaving the place, only to hope we can come back some day. -

la gentillesse de la receptioniste qui nous a gentiment prete la carte du bus (normalement payante!) pour nous depaner le dernier jour. On a ete upgrader dans un appartement un peu plus grand car la chambre initiale sentait la fumee..merci bcp!

The hotel offered so many wonderful amenities including a full breakfast, pool, jacuzzi, bar, piano player, and beautiful view from our hotel room. We couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. The location was also ideal in that it was a few blocks outside of the main square but easily walkable to all that that Bariloche has to offer.

The hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to the center of
city, but on the lake with a private beach and million dollar views. The
staff was extremely friendly and informative. The room we had overlooked
the lake. It was large, furnished very nicely with a large picture
window which opened so we could get the mountain/lake breezes.

We stayed in the Villa Huinid Hotel (not the Lodge). Nice, spacious, clean room. The hotel is at a quiet location, not too far from the city. Terrace with very nice view at the mountains and over the lake. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent spa facilities and breakfast. - Attention to detail of staff.

Nous avons passé 5 nuits fabuleuses, personnel parfait, nous avions un grand chalet Triplex. On avait l'impression d'être chez nous avec service hôtelier. C'était parfait. Le buffet petit déj était très très bon surtout les viennoiseries.... -

Expansive rooms which included: Enormous Jacuzzi with an amazing view, Aromatherapy & color-therapy steam room with shower. Dry sauna. Fireplace. Bar. Kitchen with built-in nook.
Wonderful restaurant with the most phenomenal views from their sun-deck.
Staff was truly genuinely friendly & professional.
Avid traveller & I would vote charming at the TOP of my list for the # -
I loved the staff, from the reception to the cleaning everybody very nice and ready to help.
The breakfast was very good, speacially Eugene, who prepares an excellent cappucino (really a coffee professional).
The apartment had an excellent space with complete kitchen and very good if you go with children as well. Love it.

The hotel common areas and grounds are spectacular. The staff gave us a tour upon arrival and pointed out various displays of the featured artists. They were helpful in arranging English speaking tours. -
