Mattias at the front desk speaks very good English and was most helpful.   Nous avons passé 5 nuits fabuleuses, personnel parfait, nous avions un grand chalet Triplex. On avait l'impression d'être chez nous avec service hôtelier. C'était parfait. Le buffet petit déj était très très bon surtout les viennoiseries.... - Everything.... Spectacular views!!! Expansive rooms which included: Enormous Jacuzzi with an amazing view, Aromatherapy & color-therapy steam room with shower. Dry sauna. Fireplace. Bar. Kitchen with built-in nook. Wonderful restaurant with the most phenomenal views from their sun-deck. Staff was truly genuinely friendly & professional. Avid traveller & I would vote charming at the TOP of my list for the # - I loved the staff, from the reception to the cleaning everybody very nice and ready to help. The breakfast was very good, speacially Eugene, who prepares an excellent cappucino (really a coffee professional). The apartment had an excellent space with complete kitchen and very good if you go with children as well. Love it.
