We had a wonderful time at 5411 Soho Hotel when we stayed in mid-November. It was the perfect location right in the heart of Palermo Soho. The staff is really friendly and will do anything they can to help you. The location is wonderful: just a block away from Plaza Serrano, the epicenter of everything in Palermo Viejo. And since it's a small hotel, they are always aware of who's entering the place, so I thought it was very secure, which is also important.

Home is a wonderful place with warm and friendly staff and great attention to detail. I loved their mini guidebook that contained local recommendations, which is especially helpful when you visit a city for the first time.
