Also had room service one night and it was delicious. Overall, it was a warm, comfortable and - Great hotel, immediately felt at home. In Palermo Hollywood near restaurants and bars, very friendly staff, nice design, big and clean rooms, excellent bed, good Wi-Fi, real shower with plenty of hot water, small Spa and Gym on the roof.

  Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious, comfortable and the overall colonial look very well maintained.   The hotel surprised me in a positive way. One day before our arrival, I received an email from the staff asking what time we would arrive and placing himself at the disposal.
