Hotel très charmant, décoration très réussie, cours de tangoparticulier, accueil sympathique...
Le faux champagne dans le mini bar, la télé qui capte très mal, le bruitde la rue ds la chambre qui donne sur l'avenue,
the atmosphere of the hotel ,the hospitality of the lady who serves the breakfast!
the noise at the front rooms
Reasonbly good location for Buenos Aires - we were able to walk into the main centre. Staff are extremely friendly and breakfast (for a continental) was good...cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurts, ham and cheese, pastries and toast with a selection of jams, unlimited tea and coffee...perfect to set you up for the day. Salon area to sit and read a book or have a drink. Free wifi in rooms was a plus.Comfy bed.
Horror hits when first arriving at hotel...sort of "Oh oh . what have we done !" Entrance seems a bit dodgy and not well lit or signposted - the hotel is actually just on the 3rd floor of the building and "Shabby Chic" is a good description. Unfortunately Buenos Aires is a very noisy city...take ear plugs. Air con in rooms sounds like a raging storm all night...add that to the traffic noise...
