The staff were incredibly friendly. The room was in the new part and had underfloor heating, it was spotless and very comfortable. The breakfast was in a wonderful 19th century dining room and there were numerous courtyards to sit out in. The location was wonderful and as I stayed in the low season the cost was very good. I highly recommend it. The atmosphere at this hotel is wonderfull, and inside is impressive, because has all ceilings made in wood but with shap decoration on it. They have as well a really old dinning room, memorable to see it. It is very well locatted, and in a locals living neigbourhood. All rooms floors are with radiated temperature.

Our room was recently refurbished (as the whole hotel), and had a very nice atmohsphere. Best hotel we have stayed in while traveling in Uzbekistan. Full recommendation!. Good location, very nice and helpful staff and very good and clean rooms. Maybe the cleanest that I stayed in my entire Central Asia trip. I definitely recommend this hotel. Lovely building with character . excellent customer service from staff namely "Beck" and especially "Naim" . Both made my stay very pleasant and enjoyable. - good localisation - friendly and flexible staff - great design - simple breakfast (still it is just Boutique hotel). Very friendly staff,very nice renovated house,ideally located to visit all monuments on walking distance. Very nice decorations, great taste everywhere in the hotel. Lunch room is amazing. The hotel is situated in a real old building and has all features of traditional architecture. A good wi fi. A guy from the hotel Naim showed us the city and helped a lot with the organization of our further journey. Thanks a lot!. The cost of extras such as coffee and laundry were a little high. The Dining Room was a bit cold. But we came here in early February .. so never mind during spring/summer/autumn time. Was slightly too noisy It felt like the owner was obsessed with money especially when dealing with foreigners/tourists which was a bit off-putting. Nothing!. Very small rooms, but very well decorated. Bathrooms just ok. It is not easy to find the hotel, even local taxi driver. Location...... Bad wifi coverage in hotel rooms while they have got several routers. I stayed in room no 5 and did not have it at all. I think it must be improved for boutique hotel. wi fi is not working properly. There was a terrible sound proofing in the room. In the morning we could hear everything was going on outside as if it was in our room. At the breakfast if you want a coffee from the machine you have to pay extra. Breakfast,cold rooms.
