The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is quite new. Our room was spacious (it contained two big beds, two tv's, a lounge area with a sofa and a desk) and clean. There was even a microwave and a little fridge. The wifi internet connection in the room was easily accessible and very fast. The hotel's location is okay (along the highway)

Our family was up here because our Mom had a heart attack while vacationing up north and was in ICU at Munson Hospital. The room was had was comfortable and convenient for us to use as we made our way back and forth to the hospital.

The staff was friendly and polite. The facility was clean with a well-maintained beach. Breakfasts were more than I expected. Pretty much continental style with a lot more choices. Kid friendly with arcade and indoor swimming pool. All around, it was a very enjoyable experience for my wife and me.

The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Guest laundry was
a huge bonus and the kids loved having swings on the hotel grounds to
blow off some steam before bed. Very clean and comfortable and a great

What a pleasant surprise to find a chain which felt like an independent hotel. Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. The warm and helpful welcome was a great start to my stay on a wet and windy evening. Room was warm and comfortable and the free hot drinks in reception an added bonus (I could get real milk for my coffee!). The recommendation for the tex/mex restaurant almost next door was perfect with good food and a great selection of draft beers. altogether a very good experie

When an unexpected illness required a short stay at local hospital, they graciously assisted by granting our request for an extra day's stay thus easing the worries of two out of towners.
