Great location for Cactus League Spring Training baseball; very close to several of the east side stadiums. Awesome breakfast buffet: wide variety of food and well-stocked until the very end. Very clean and quiet rooms. Superior, friendly staff. Easy access to freeways. We stayed for four nights, and felt very comfortable there. Went there during Iron Man so a lot of people checking in. Even so check in time was no longer than 10 minute wait. Staff was great and friendly even under pressure of guests waiting to check in. Parking was very convenient. Hotel public places were very clean and so was the room. WiFi was excellent. Breakfast was super good.

The hotel room was clean, beds were comfortable and it was conveniently located near restaurants, shops and the mall. I would definitely stay again next time I'm in the area. The location of this hotel in relationship to attractions and the Arizona Mills Mall is fantastic! It is well located to the area spring training facilities and the city Phoenix! The staff was the most polite and friendly I have ever been exposed to especially because this was not the ritz or Hilton. Just stayed one night after our arrival in Phoenix and on our way to Grand Canyon. No complaints for the price. Breakfast is very standard but good enough to start a day. And there are shops, restaurants and shopping mall in the neighbourhood. Loved the facilities. Breakfast had huge variety and was perfect for the kids. Staff was friendly. Room was clean, pool was clean. Bed was comfortable. Fitness equipment in working condition. Great location - close to shopping, stadiums. Staff went out of their way to help and be available. For the price, it was great. The buffet breakfast was one of the better ones I've had. WIFI was fast and easy. Location is great...just across the street from the mall. I loved that as a single female traveller I felt safe there. The staff were all so helpful. Especially Larry, and the assistant manager. The drivers were awesome. This was my third stay and I'll be back!. Manager and staff were excellent. Very polite, professional and friendly. Location was very convenient and their shuttle service was excellent. Nothing. The plumbing was poor. Otherwise they would have rated excellent in all areas. Local kids in the pool using profanity in front of my 10 year old daughter. The a/c fan is quite noisy. But it did act as a sound machine to block out other noises. However, the bathroom light/fan was extremely loud. Very few gluten free choices at breakfast. I thought the scrambled eggs were lacking and biscuits and gravy were good but cold. Somehow or another, on the last day of our stay we didn't get maid service. The front desk staff was very helpful, though, and got us linens quickly. This was the only glitch we had. Busy roads in the vicinity. Not all taxes added to the check out bill were expected. No complaints, everything was good. Your site shows cost per night but taxes and other fees increase the cost by 20%. That should be emphasized!. Pool was out of service. N/a. Tv remote did not work forgot to bring clean towels one day phoenix city tax was 25% of final bill. Decor a little dated. Dreadful pillows. Was charged $30 more than expected, Taxes for one night stay?. pity that the windows are not sound-proof, so you can hear the traffic from the nearby highway. Furthermore, part of the hotel is accepting pets, which might result in some extra noise. During our stay, there were bikers staying there, and they were hanging out in the parking lot(all day camping out there). It was very, very noisy. They kept revving up their bikes. We did not get a good nights rest. I wouldn't stay here again. Pool was not available. Chaotic breakfast No bar Rug in room very stained. Spongey beds, smokers at pool and in lobby, broken lamp next to bed and sign that said pool will be closed due to repair. This place is way over rated for a borderline Hotel. I think I will never stay at a best Western very bad facilities the workout room was a joke!! Food was horrible, the staff at the front desk looked tired and bored and looked non professional at all.
