  We were staying in Telluride for the bluegrass festival. A bluegrass band was playing in the hotel foyer every morning and early evening which set the atmosphere well. The hotel was about 20 minutes' walk from the festival grounds in a quiet location, but close to all the shops/bars. The view out the windows was mostly the brick wall next door, but on the 3rd floor, also a little of the mountains! Quiet, historic, accommodating! - Telluride was a last minute add to our trip.
