I loved the owners and the way the rooms are set up. It is a very small place but very private, comfortable, friendly, relaxing. A great respit for the weary traveler and the a lovely place to stay and check out Taos.

Prudy and John were wonderful hosts at this B&B -- friendly, helpful, but not intrusive. The common area and gardens were wonderful -- we felt totally at home and relaxed. Breakfast (cooked by John) was outstanding. We booked for one day, but loved it (and Taos) so much that we changed our plans and stayed longer.

Hot breakfast was the same type/quality as any of the chains in the same price range.
This was a luxury hotel back in the day. There is still a lot of potential.

Easy check in. The young man at the counter was as helpful and friendly as could be and was a boost to two very tired people. While not luxury accomodations the price was fair and there was a HUGE soaking tub and good water pressure in the shower. -

We appreciated the historic character of the building and friendly staff. Rooms a little small but beds were very comfortable.
The tour of the DH Lawrence art and knowledgeable talk by the staff person was most enjoyable.
