  Loved having the golf course right outside the door. We went hiking by crossing the highway and getting on the trail. Close enough to tourist activities for convenient visits, but far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. - Extremely friendly staff It is an older but well maintained hotel.   We stayed in a studio room for 3 nights. Had a small kitchen which we took advantage of making our breakfast and lunch every day. Scenery lovely, very quiet and serene, calming. Staff very helpful. We were called several times and invited to attend various events being put on by the resort. We went hiking everyday and then came home and relaxed by the pool and hot tub. Our studio room was good for two people. It had a kitchen and there were barbeques available. The area was very nice and quiet.
