The breakfast and dinners in the hotel restaraunt were better quality food and service then any where else we ate in St. Augustine. Staff and servers were super friendly, very nice, and very thoughtful. I wouldn't stay anywhere else for future trips! -

Location is great! everything is within walking distance.
The rooms were very nice and the beds super comfy. Everything was clean as well. -

Loved the breakfast at Bistro.Hotel very neat and quiet.liked being able to use Trolley Tour pickup right outside front door.Staff seemed very informative and helpful. would stay again. -

Our room was comfortable and well-appointed. Everything was immaculate and the beds were excellent. The hotel was very quiet and clean. We arrived in our room to find that a small bit of plaster had fallen from the ceiling after a heavy rain the previous night. We alerted the front desk and everything was fixed by the time we returned to the room

We loved the location and the comfort of the room. We also were very impressed with the breakfast buffet. We especially liked the fact that it was close to the St. Augustine Outlets. We really enjoyed our stay and we look forward to returning.

Check in was easy rooms were very clean and very big Everyone we came in contact with that worked there were so friendly and helpful. We did not eat but had some great bloodly marys out on the nice patio. Beds very comfortable. R. J. hope that is right even helped carry our bags downstairs and load them in the car. Had a great time
