1) Needs a fitness center. 2) More attention on bathroom cleanliness. I had hairs in the corner of the the tub on the floor. I am freaked out by hair, and this looked like pubic hair. Other than that, the hotel was great. Our team stays here every year for the church tournament in roanoke. Room was very nicely furnished. Well-fitted bath with lots of towels. Located within walking or short driving distance to restaurants and large shopping mall. Easy drive off I-81 and into the center of Roanoke.

Nearby highway. good stop!. Our room was beautiful, spacious and very comfortable! The location was easy to get to and just blocks from the mall. The free breakfast was a nice touch. Looking forward to staying there again. Room was large and comfortable and clean. Location was great near restaurants and a shopping mall. Hotel was able to take a late reservation (changed plans for travel). Rooms were clean and layout was very nice. Liked having the amenities in the room, such as the coffeepot, mini fridge, and microwave. Breakfast was nice, but. This is a great hotel and extremely good value for money. In lovely surroundings and the girl arranged for a taxi to take us out to dinner that evening. Loved the view, the rooms were great. Staff was wonderful, close to shops, restaurants. Breakfast was very good. Pool was wonderful. The rooms were beautiful and clean. The extras in the room made it even better. Beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast, room smelled clean, towels plentiful and lush, indoor pool for grandchild. Easy access to / from the Blue Ridge Parkway, hence a great overnight dormitory stop en route. The staff was so nice, and helpful! The room was very clean, and comfortable!. The scent in the hallway and in the room is a bit muggy, although everything is very clean. nothing. Hotel was located a little too far for evening dining. I asked the young lady at the desk to change the bill to have it charged to our credit card instead of our debit card. She said that she had, but the bill was charged to my debit card. I'll find out next week if it was charged to both. I hope not, because that would take away all the good will built up by our great experience s there. Like everything,,no complaints. A little difficult to locate off of 581. If I had not known the area better, it would have been even harder. We prefer the suite set up for our family, but our ususal Hyatt Place was booked. So it felt a little cramped for us. But we weren't there very long at all, so it worked just fine. They need to put a second mirror outside of the bathroom my a light so that others can use the bathroom at the same time. Would have liked it closer to Rt 81. When I booked the room I indicated that I will be bringing a small pet and was quote around $87.00 but when checking out I was charged an additional $ 26.00 and the attendant was nor very cooperative about this matter. If I have to say something, I'll say the coffee. The reception was empty when we came in. I didn't notice any bell to ring for help. I said "hello" just in case someone was inside. No one answered. I waited for 20 minutes for someone to assist me. It would have been nice if the reception lady asked if I have been waiting for help & to apologize. Be proactive & be courteous. Breakfast room is too small. Our particular room was noisy, despite the fact that I explicitly asked for a quiet room. There was a humming noise from a neighboring room (next door or below?) which was really annoying. Staff seems to have been clueless about which room is quiet or not. Height adjustment of office chair did not work. location very hard to find way back of the mall. Buisness center pc had your back to the front door. Prefer turning it with back toward desk. At least then not everyone could look over your shoulder. no hot tub. Small breakfast area. To small breakfast area for the amout of guests. A bit to much noise from fellow guests. Nothing. ants coming in through the window in a steady stream. Had to wait several minutes to be checked in - thre was no attendant at the desk. Free breakfast was not good. Difficult to locate. Rather expensive The bed was not comfortable too firm Breakfast was not good. Musty, Moist smell in room with no Vent or fan in bathroom.
